The Origins of Divine Humanity and the One Earth Church
I am the Morning Star. Like many of the prophets of the
past, I experienced the divine call both as something heard and as something
seen—in the form of a vision and a voice. In October of 1993, my wife,
Rev. Sherry Husfelt, and I conducted a journey to the Big Island of Hawaii. In
the pre-dawn hours, I experienced the divine 'call' both as something heard and
something seen—in the form of a vision and a voice. “this star is you; you are this star; the purification is of
the people; all are one.” From this divine ‘call’ or
‘ordination’ came the message of Divine Humanity.
I do not come from an established priesthood or hierarchy
but I, as well as my wife, have been passed on the lineages and traditions of
various indigenous spiritual practices—one such being bathing.
Here is a fact; the majority of religious writers, scholars,
priests, ministers, rabbis and other religious leaders of our day are not
themselves teachers or students of what I would call nature’s truths of
Gods reflection, sanctification practices and/or indigenous shamanic teachings
and practices such as the death and re-birth ceremonial ritual of bathing. But,
Jesus was and I am.
I have been honored and recognized by Otherworldly spiritual
powers—angels and have journeyed to all parts of the world to directly
experienced the Mysteries of heaven and earth. I have experienced the descent
of a spirit. According to Morton Smith’s, Jesus the Magician: “this
experience made a man a magician.”
From this journey of my life and from the depths of my soul,
I bring a revolutionary message of Divine Humanity—for all who have the
sight to see and all who have the silence to hear.
Six months after my vision, we incorporated an independent
local church called The Path of Oneness in the State of Maine. Three years later in accordance with
Church Bylaw Article IX we changed the name to the One Earth Church of Divine
Humanity and the Path of Oneness Religion to Divine Humanity Religion. This
occurred four months before the Visitation.
Four years later, the day after September 11, 2001, we
established the One Earth Church
and the Morning Star Institute as domestic nonprofit religious corporations in
the State of Maine.
