Divine Humanity’s
Three Noble Expressions
The Three Pillars of
Light
- Baby Eyes. These are eyes that are non-judgmental
and tolerant, that view the world with awe and excitement and recognize
the oneness of the light and the dark of existence.
- True Talk. This
is the quality of listening more often than talking and embracing the
power of nature’s silence. Hear, understand and perceive. And when
speaking, talking our truth from our heart. Speaking words from our
egocentric power-based mind, which we know in our heart not to be true no
matter how much ‘spin’ we put on it, are destructive not only to ourselves
but to all who hear and believe them.
- Flower Heart. This is always expressing love from the
heart and letting others, as well as ourselves, view the beauty and the
divine perfection that is the true essence of our hearts.
Divine Humanity’s
Two Great
Teachings
(Of Self and
Other)
1. Turn the Other Cheek. A ‘slap’ on one cheek
is a symbolic ‘wounding.’ Before turning the other cheek, we must
release the ‘wounding’—ideally, this occurs immediately, but
realistically it may take days, weeks, months and even years.
Next, we must talk our truth to the one that ‘wounded’ and then
release any fear—such as the fear that it will happen again. When this is
complete, we symbolically ‘turn the other cheek.’
2. Love Your Enemy. The foundation of this teaching
is fear. The opposite emotion of love is fear. Fear is separation/love is
unity.
To love your enemy is to have no ‘fear’ of them. With the absence
of fear comes compassion. When you feel within your heart and mind the
suffering of others, you begin to understand them more and the unknown, which
they represent, becomes more known. And you become less separate from them.
This results in less fear and more love.
With more love and less fear, your enemy may become non-existent; and quite
possibly, even become your friend. (Enemy is not necessarily a human being.)
