Blazing red eyes of a long dead monk, a gigantic column of light and glowing green rocks, encountering spirits on the battlements of an old Welsh castle and awakening a dragon-spirit in a Cornish cave, spirit dancing in the Smokehouses of British Columbia, downing three bottles of posh (cane alcohol or shamanic white lightning) in a two hour ceremony with a Zinacantec (Bat) shaman, receiving a message from a spirit-man at midnight outside the sacred city of Teotihuacán, being shot at, clawed by a jaguar shape-changer under a pyramid in the Yucatan jungles, having an exorcism at midnight in front of a mausoleum in Japan, chased by killer bees after almost dying on a mountain peak in Peru, a hungry Hawaiian spirit, a long dead Northwest Coast sea serpent, a Japanese succubus, and the gate-keeping dwarf of Machu Picchu
