OCTOBER 2002 SPIRITUAL TEACHING
Father, Mother,
so forgiving
of your children.
Wherein lies the children’s
forgiveness of each other?
Forgotten have they
of their true soul.
We each are: Children of the sun, children of the moon and
born of this beautiful paradise called earth. This is the heritage of our time
spent on earth. Each one of us is the same; why then do so many of us war and
hate our own brothers and sisters and abuse the earth and all of her
creatures?
The answer lies within the precious earth of each of our own
bodies. It is here where our own personal sun and moon reside. Symbolically our
heart is our sun and the moon is our mind while the earth is our body. And
herein lies the problem. Most are darkened to life, or as the old scrolls say,
asleep. And from this sleep, a person of spirit, love and power must awaken.
Only then may one wear the crown of light, not, as you would be led to believe, the crown
of thorns of the lie.
The moon has no light of it’s own, only from the sun does it
receive the light. And thus if the sun is darkened, the moon has no light to
bathe the earth in nor to light our way during the darkness of night.
If our heart (sun) is darkened, our mind (moon) receives no
light of spirit or wisdom or courage or common sense, and last but not least,
our mind functions without the gift of love, which in this case is our
intuitive knowledge. As our heart and mind stay darkened, our body suffers.
If your body is suffering, do not look to your mind first.
But look to your heart, the foundation of your trinity. Has your heart been
broken, but not mended? Is your
heart darkened by guilt? Is your heart darkened by anger? Is your heart
darkened by fear? And most importantly, is your heart darkened by the greed of
materialistic accumulation?
If you answer truthfully, you will have taken the first step out
of the ego sleepscape while at the same time rendering a tiny tear in the darkened shroud
covering your heart. For your own sake, your families, and your community and
for the earth do not stop, keep going.
