Adults Level 1
Fear is a reality. It is also one of the prime barriers to
an accomplished, fulfilled and happy life. Today, fear is prevalent as it hangs
over everyone’s life as a shroud of worry, doubt and uncertainty. This is
an age of unheard of stress and fear.
The solution to this is PHOBOS (Fear) Training. And there is
no more appropriate place to offer PHOBOS (Fear) Training that a martial arts dojo.
The market is not only current adult students but other adults (25 – 55
years) within the community.
Our PHOBOS (Fear) Training teaches the science of
fear—phobologia. This includes
training in aphobia or fearlessness. We
consider fearlessness, not being courage or bravado, but as a state of being in
which fear can not play upon the mind of the warrior.
Fear spawns in the body and it must be overcome
there—this is true body-mind training. Our PHOBOS (Fear) Training
includes exercises focused on the ‘fear accumulators’ of the body.
